May I have a sample
recipe?
Try this one from the Dairy Section:
CHEESE FUDGE Difficulty: 1 Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Yield: 16 pieces
4 ounces (I stick) butter or margarine 4 ounces Velveeta cheese ¼ cup cocoa 16 ounces powered sugar ½ cup walnuts or other nuts (optional) ¾ teaspoon vanilla
Grease an 8” X 8” pan In a microwaveable bowl, melt butter and cheese together on High power for approximately 45 seconds or until cheese is nearly melted. Remove from microwave and stir. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread batter into greased pan. To get a “quick fix” try a spoonful, then refrigerate and allow to set. Cut into squares and serve. Store in refrigerator. |
